Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to approval. Any broken items must be photographed with your order for proof of purchase. You may be compensated for a partial refund or given a 30% off discount code.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped in 3-5 Business Days. Please give your tracking number order 24-48 hours to update. Notice: Your shipment & tracking number be delayed due to Covid related complications. 

Shipping Delays?

We use USPS Shipping which takes anywhere from 3-7 days for First Class depending on climate, season and Covid, which may affect delivery speed.

All orders include a tracking number.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

No, USPS does not guarantee the service to deliver on weekends currently.

Return Policy:

At this moment we do not accept Returns for sanitation reasons.

Can I Track My Order?
Yes. You will be sent a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number.
Do you offer International Shipping?
We have just implemented International Shipping. Please be aware that Rebel Goddess Cosmetics LLC is not responsible for Duties, Fees, Fares, and other occuring expenses related to International Shipping. The customer is solely responsible for all fees regarding shipping.
Where is my dispatch email?
Please be aware an automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is dispatched. Please check all folders including you junk as it will come from a no reply email address.
What Courier do you use for shipping?
We use USPS for shipping all Orders.
